Was almost ready to give up on my search for a “new” used car until I discovered Milburn Auto. Three other dealerships that I tried to do business with either never returned emails or had a take it or leave attitude. Found a car that I was interested in at Milburn and emailed them to setup a test drive the same day. I didn’t expect a reply but within 15 minutes of my email Andrew did reply that the car would be ready for a test drive at my specified time. When I arrived the car was waiting and ready for me to test drive. Andrew showed me around the car and handed me the keys and said to give it a good drive. Returned the car and told them I needed to think about it overnight. There was no pressure at all to buy it that night. Emailed again and returned the next day for another test drive and again the car was waiting at the time I specified. Bought it that day. They even let me take it to my mechanic to have it checked out. He suggested a couple of minor items that should be looked at. When I came back from the mechanic told Gary about the items and he made a note of them and told me that they would be taken care of before they delivered the car to me. When I went to pick up the car the items were indeed done and the detailing that was performed on the car made it look like a brand new car. A mix-up on some winter floor mats was quickly and amicably taken care of by Andrew. One week in and I am very happy with my Scion iM. Also, received a Thank You card in the mail from Andrew - a very nice touch. I have never been treated this well by any dealer (new or used). When I am looking for my next car there is no reason for me to go anywhere else other than Milburn. Thanks Andrew and staff.
Just a note to thank Milburns for treating me very well and respectfully after a problem was found with the window winder mechanism on my recently purchased Toyota Camry. This is a new experience for me as I have been dealing with VW for the last few years. Trusted and True certainly applies to Milburns well done!!!!!!!
The truck is amazing. The Owner's Manual is a big bonus as I need to read up on many of the feature options. I see that the tow bar is a locking one with a key needed to release it. There is a small key on the ring along with the ignition key, which says Leer. I tried it but it doesn't seem to work. There could possibly be ice in the lock. Do you know anything about this?
Also, Gary provided me with copies of the bill of sale, extended warranty coverage, etc. After I left, I realized that I didn't ask him for the Car Safe report. Is this something I can obtain? If so, perhaps you could e-mail it to me as an attachment, for my records.
In closing, this is the best pre-owned vehicle I have ever had the privilege to own, and the sales assistance, finance arrangements and deliver were all outstanding. I appreciate that Gary worked diligently to set up financing. Apparently because I don't charge anything or owe money, I don't have an established credit rating.
When the weather is better I will get a picture of the truck at the horse farm to show it 'in it's element'. Horse owners/trainers always take pride in their vehicles. I will highly recommend Milburn's to everyone who asks me where I got such a great truck! Blue has always been my colour.......

I was having a really difficult time trying to get my first car with other dealerships (zero communication, took one look at my credit and never callled back, the whole process was really stressful) so when I walked into Milburns on my way to work I wasnt expecting much better, Khiem and Gary were sympathetic to my struggle and helped me through the whole process explained everything and were really clear and upfront about what the issues were and how they planned to overcome them. Gary is awesome at what he does and Im so grateful he didn't give up like the others and Khiem knew exactly what kind of vehicle we needed when I wasn't even really sure. At the end of it all not only did they get us our vehicle they saved us money and made sure our car had everything we needed and wanted. Yesterday I took my family to the drive in thanks to their efforts :) Highly recommend Milburn's I wish they had been my first stop!
I'm financing a car from Milburn, I just picked it up today! I had really great service here and I'll definitely be recommending this Dealership to many others. Gary, Bob and Andrew were very kind and extremely helpful. They had a very friendly and welcoming disposition and even a great sense of humor! Everything was done on time and everything was flowing very smoothly. Even the receptionist was very kind and very helpful with a couple questions I had. I know I would definitely come back here when the time comes for a new car. Best service, hands down 😄

I just have to let you know that thanks to the whole stellar team at Milburn's I have had the best car buying experience... ever!
Andrew is a friendly no pressure kind of salesperson so thus was a delight to engage with.
Gary handled the financial aspect of the sale quickly and easily ....and helped us with our "alarming" situation on my first night with my car. Hahaha
Bryan took over the next morning and just as quickly solved the problem. With a couple more small fixes and some new brakes my new ( to me ) 2007 Ford Focus is just like new!
Joel at the front desk is also very pleasant and friendly and another great asset to your company.
As far as I am concerned everyone went way above and beyond to send me away a satisfied customer...and believe you me I am ! I will be highly recommending Milburn's to everyone I know.

Gary went above and beyond for us! He helped us make a deal happen and get into a newer vehicle despite all the odds being against us. I have been twice to Milburns and have received exceptional service from Bob and Gary. They made the whole process easy breezy.
